FourStone Partners in West Chester, PA is seeking a Lab Scheduling Coordinator to manage the scheduling of PGx and Toxicology testing for workers’ compensation claims patients on site, with potential for hybrid work based on performance.

You will coordinate calls with physician offices, nurses, and claimants, verify contact information, and document all appointment details, ensuring tests are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to physician offices and claimants to schedule PGx and Toxicology testing.
• Explain testing purposes and procedures to nurses, medical assistants, patients, and physicians as needed.
• Follow up after appointments and reschedule missed testing.
• Coordinate virtual observations of oral PGx and Toxicology tests.
• Document all details surrounding calls, appointments, follow-ups, and verifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
