Job summary

FourStone Partners in West Chester, PA, seeks a Lab Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate PGx and Toxicology testing for workers’ compensation patients on-site with potential hybrid arrangements based on performance.

You will schedule tests with physician offices and claimants, advise on testing procedures, follow up to ensure completion, and document all details while using MS Office daily.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling and coordination experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PGx and Toxicology testing with physicians and claimants.
• Advise nurses, medical assistants, patients, and physicians on testing procedures.
• Follow up with physician offices to ensure testing is completed and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate virtual observations of PGx and Toxicology tests.
• Document calls, appointment details, follow-ups, and verifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
