Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3 - 5 years' experience in a recruitment coordinator role is required.
• Experience supporting multiple recruiters and hiring teams preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics (virtual and on-site).
• Coordinate travel and expenses, track background checks and I-9 verifications.
• Provide admin support to Corporate Recruitment, including offers and onboarding coordination.
• Assist recruiters during high-volume periods by screening resumes and moving applicants through the process.
• Monitor activity metrics and assist process improvements.
