MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company invites applications for an IT Product Specialist / Level 3 Application Support to drive design, rollout, run and evolutions of OneVision Agency modules for global clients. You will perform business analysis and day‑to‑day application care, with UI testing as needed.

The role requires knowledge of SQL databases, Windows Server 2019+ and remote connection tools, with travel possible after onboarding. A strong customer‑service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in client–server application architecture.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and newer.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Proficiency in using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience in software configuration and testing.
• Understanding IT security concepts.
• Customer service oriented.
• Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver improvements, patches and new solutions for existing ERP system in coordination with other teams.
• Manage the dependencies of the Product Backlog with other Products.
• Active contributor in production releases, migrations and transitions.
• Support Key Users in testing activities and provide guidance.
• Post Go Live support with end users and Development/Support teams.
• Develop a mutually respectful working relationship with staff for strong teamwork.
• Provide timely, complete responses to customer questions in a constructive manner.
• Follow maritime and logistics industry trends and project management practices.
