Job summary

NIP Group in United States, New Jersey, is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to support a hybrid/remote workforce and drive automation, security, and continuous improvement. You will bridge IT support with infrastructure, handling day-to-day issues and strategic projects.

The role emphasizes cloud-first operations, AVD/Intune, zero-trust security, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. On-site with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Strong experience with hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID).
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, AVD, and Intune.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Scripting experience (PowerShell required; Python/Bash a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, and cloud environments.
• Provide advanced end-user support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and SaaS apps.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term solutions.
• Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop, Autopilot, and hybrid identity environments.
• Help with Active Directory, server maintenance, and cloud networking.
• Maintain endpoint configurations and optimize user experience.
• Automate IT processes and improve ITSM workflows.
• Document runbooks and train users and staff.
