Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking an Application Support Analyst to serve as the primary contact for enterprise application support. You will triage requests, monitor batch processing and integrations, and communicate clearly with end users throughout the ticket lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT and 1+ years in tech support, with experience in ticketing systems and SLA-based workflows. Knowledge of Workday or ERP/HCM platforms is a plus, and Azure DevOps experience is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1+ years in technical support or IT operations.
Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-based support workflows.
Strong written communication and ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and escalation processes.
Basic understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and data flow.
Familiarity with change management, security, and disaster recovery processes.
Experience with Workday or similar ERP/HCM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support requests; triage accurately and determine scope and priority.
Research and apply solutions independently; escalate with context when needed.
Monitor batch processing and integration jobs; identify failures and recover using documented steps.
Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions; maintain knowledge base articles.
Provide timely status updates to end users and stakeholders throughout ticket lifecycle.
Perform projects and other duties as assigned.
