Job summary

nTech Workforce is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to lead onboarding and foundational training for Customer Service and Claims staff at a regional healthcare insurer. You’ll design and deliver 3–4 week programs, guiding new hires through enterprise systems and service standards before they move into specialized tracks.

The role blends virtual cohorts with occasional in-person sessions, requiring collaboration with operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of corporate learning and development or instructional facilitation experience.
• Direct experience training operational teams (claims processing, customer service, call center operations).
• Ability to deliver both in-person classroom instruction and virtual remote training (VILT).
• Experience conducting virtual instructor‑led training and classroom instruction.
• Exposure to customer service operations or claims processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 3–4 week onboarding cohorts for new customer service and claims staff (virtual and occasional in-person).
• Instruct on core platform navigation, system access, and Luminex platform basics.
• Deliver foundational curriculum on claims inquiries, service protocols, and administrative workflows.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to transition trainees into deeper training tracks.
• Use virtual learning tools and MS Office to maintain an interactive learning environment.
