Job summary

Staffing Now is seeking an experienced Claims Trainer to lead new-hire onboarding, deliver ongoing employee training, and ensure consistent claim handling and adherence to established procedures. The role involves developing training materials, coordinating in-person and virtual sessions, and monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Auditor, Team Lead, SME, or Supervisor in a call center environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and evaluate employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and job aids.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and training progress.
• Conduct assessments and identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and one-on-one support to employees.
• Partner with leadership and auditors on refresher training, quality improvement, and operational needs.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for claims processing, procedures, and systems.
