Job summary

Astrana Health Management is seeking a Lead Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This role designs, develops, and delivers scalable learning solutions spanning onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and workforce capability that drive measurable performance.

The ideal candidate is a skilled facilitator who collaborates cross-functionally and applies adult-learning theory to improve learner engagement and outcomes. Hybrid work with travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Master of Health Administration is a plus.
• Experience designing/training in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions (in-person and virtual).
• Apply adult learning theory to drive engagement and performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Facilitate sessions with executive presence and adapt to audience dynamics.
• Partner with leaders to assess learning needs and influence strategy.
• Own learning programs and continuously improve learner experience.
