Job summary

Texas Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training for policyholder services and claims staff. You will manage curriculum design, staff development programs, and LMS administration while coordinating with PEGA and related tools.

The role supports a flex-hybrid work model; travel to regional offices is possible. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of instructional design experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• Texas workers compensation claim handling experience.
• 4+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver staff development programs for policyholder services and claims staff.
• Own and support core training programs including Trainee Program, Floater Adjuster Program, Curriculum Design, and LMS administration.
