Alliant Insurance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to drive the Advisor Program and internal training initiatives.

You will oversee end-to-end programs, partner with carriers, agents, and marketing, and design blended learning approaches including coaching, workshops, and e-learning to meet evolving business needs. The role includes onboarding new staff, measuring program effectiveness, and collaborating with senior managers to set priorities and growth plans

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in learning & development or training.
• Experience with instructor-led training, workshops, leadership development and change management.
• Experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone preferred).
• HTML experience a plus.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry.

Aufgaben

• Lead and administer the Advisor Program and internal communications, using training and development support services.
• Collaborate with agents, agencies and marketing to document workflows and optimize program utilization.
• Host regular training sessions and attend meetings as needed.
• Establish priorities with stakeholders, provide status reports and drive alignment on initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end learning and development processes including career paths and performance reviews.
• Design blended learning programs using coaching, classroom training, one-on-ones, OJT and e-learning.
• Develop and approve training content and present materials via multiple media.
• Utilize instructional design to create documents, storyboards, prototypes and assessments.
• Facilitate workshops and Instructor Led Training where appropriate.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and tailor programs to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
• Support integration efforts of M&A activity and foster an innovative learning environment.
• Manage team learning projects and timelines.
• Plan and lead team meetings and knowledge management for the team.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Recommend staffing and department strategy.
• Mentor and supervise staff when needed.
