CHS Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Operations Coordinator to drive end-to-end learning logistics, records, and vendor coordination. You will support program operations and team effectiveness while exploring AI, Power BI and enterprise LMS to improve processes and insights.

This hybrid role allows 3 days at Inver Grove Heights HQ and 2 days remote. You will join a team focused on continuous learning, evolving L&D needs, and cross-functional collaboration across CHS.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Executive Assistance, or Human Resources.
• Advanced skills in MS Planner, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a self-starter.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Learning Programs and Events: manage end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual learning.
• Manage Program Administration and Records: maintain training schedules, rosters, calendars and records.
• Support L&D Operations and Team Effectiveness: prepare reports, coordinate meetings, troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate Vendors and Learning Resources: order and coordinate training materials and resources.
• Manage Projects and Priorities: own projects and coordinate activities to support successful execution.
