Van Drunen Farms is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to drive enterprise-wide capability and leadership development from Momence, IL.

You will lead the L&D strategy, partner with executives to close gaps, design scalable learning experiences, establish governance, and measure program impact, with a hybrid schedule (3 days on site, 2 days remote) across manufacturing and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading Learning & Development strategy.
• Experience partnering with leaders to assess organizational needs and implement practical development solutions.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across manufacturing, corporate, or multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable learning programs, tools, and resources.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with senior leaders.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, player-coach approach to program design and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience with Workday Learning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute the company-wide Learning & Development strategy.
• Partner with Talent Management and leaders to identify capability gaps and workforce readiness.
• Design and deliver practical learning experiences, tools, and programs improving coaching, accountability, and feedback.
• Facilitate company-wide development programs and scalable learning solutions.
• Establish learning governance, standards, and processes for consistency and sustainability.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through metrics, adoption measures, and outcomes.
• Lead evolution of the learning ecosystem including AI-enabled learning tools.
