Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Learning & Development professional to lead three team members in creating engaging learning solutions—from compliance to leadership training. You will balance management with hands-on development, delivering elearning, live and virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and AI-enabled knowledge management.

The role emphasizes ADDIE-driven design, executive communication, and agile timelines, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of additional professional experience may substitute for the degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience in related areas.
• Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
• Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology.
• Ability to translate expertise into actionable feedback to grow the team.
• Experience using instructional design and Copilot AI tools to speed tasks and boost productivity.
• Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs and translate them into training designs.
• Deep project management experience to create timelines, communicate risk, and respond to urgent priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills for project files and data audits.
• Be ready to show work samples.
