Job summary

Pinellas County Schools is seeking an Instructional Designer & Facilitator – Workday HCM to shape learning as a major technology transformation unfolds enterprise-wide. You will translate complex Workday processes into engaging, accessible content to build capability and drive adoption.

Collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and partners, you’ll design, develop, and deliver training across HR/HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning, aligning with change-management strategies and ensuring

Qualifications

Five+ years of instructional design and facilitation experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple deliverables.
Experience supporting a large-scale system implementation or transformation; Workday experience preferred.
Experience designing blended learning solutions.
Working knowledge of learning management systems or LXP platforms.
Proficient in creating eLearning content with Articulate Storyline; Adobe tools valued.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain training programs for diverse learner groups.
Create scalable learning experiences to support system adoption.
Design instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced solutions aligned with standards.
Translate Workday functionality into practical learning content.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training for employees and leaders.
Support post-launch optimization and governance.
