Entry-level to early-career professionals will contribute to troubleshooting, documentation, and data reporting, while developing skills in system health, vendor relationships, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in business systems/data analysis/operational support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide foundational support for business systems.
• Handle routine daily tasks and assist with documentation/research.
• Work under supervision from higher-level analysts or process owners.
• Monitor intake system and provide first-level system support and basic troubleshooting.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business challenges.
• Participate in On-Call Supervisor rotation (minimum two shifts annually).
