Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a Business Solutions Analyst to support customer experience systems and business operations. You will liaise between business units and IT, handling system health, data reporting, and process optimization.

The role offers hybrid work with periodic travel and opportunities to lead or contribute to enterprise-wide projects depending on level. Entry-level exposure to SAP S/4HANA, C4C, FSM, and SSAM is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in business systems, data analysis, or operational support.
• Standard driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide foundational support for business systems and routine tasks.
• Assist with documentation, research, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor and respond to support requests, perform basic troubleshooting.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Support vendor relationships and contract terms management.
• Participate in project support, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement and user guide documentation.
