Adecco US, Inc. in Lawrence seeks a Systems Technician to join a growing local team. The hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with field work across Lawrence and Topeka, supporting desktops, servers, cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity for client environments.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and deliver exceptional service. Certification opportunities and salary growth accompany credentials earned through the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support or admin experience.
• Strong Windows & Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting desktop, server, and network issues.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in an MSP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and OS issues.
• Respond to support requests per SLAs and own client communication.
• Document steps, resolutions, and interactions accurately.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including accounts, licensing, and security.
