Qualifications

• 3 years of equivalent work experience in IT support.
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provision and set up systems for new hires.
• Utilize diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting.
• Maintain and configure hardware and software components.
• Manage security and perform preventative maintenance.
