Job summary

Thompson & Litton Inc. is seeking a mid-level IT Support Technician to strengthen our internal team. You will elevate systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity workflows while supporting 9 offices and 400+ endpoints.

You will work with senior IT staff on Windows, AD/M365, server and network configurations, with a growth track toward full infrastructure ownership. A remote-hybrid schedule is offered with regional collaboration and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven mid-level IT support experience in a professional or enterprise environment (3+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting and AD/M365 administration.
• Experience with workstation hardware management and core networking concepts.
• Familiarity with CAD/design environments and network/security workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advanced Technical Support: diagnose and resolve Windows, hardware, and network issues for a multi-office environment.
• Support AEC production workflows with licenses, integration, and large-format plotting.
• Manage users and workstations via Active Directory and imaging workflows.
• Maintain infrastructure and networks including Cisco/Ubiquiti devices and pfSense firewalls; support Windows Server and Linux (RHEL).
• Maintain security practices, verify backups, document configurations, and participate in after-hours/on-call rotation.
