Goldbelt Incorporated is seeking an IT Support Technician II to assist the IT Manager on multiple projects and to resolve crises quickly so systems are restored. This hybrid role requires three days on site weekly.

You will support MS Exchange/365, manage assets, deploy policies, and help develop service catalogs while engaging with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 6+ years in IT with 4+ years of Tier-2 IT support experience.
• Experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience in IT Project and Portfolio Management.
• Experience supporting 100+ users (on-site and remote).
• Experience with Windows 10 / Office 365.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops.
• Hybrid position; willing to work 3 days onsite.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily ticket queue, MS Exchange, and MS 365; perform routine maintenance and software upgrades.
• Perform IT housekeeping and preventative maintenance including device labeling.
• Support IT assets and execute SOPs on hardware, OS, or enterprise apps.
• Gain exposure to the IT network and assist with special projects as needed.
• Provide remote support using TeamViewer and similar tools.
