Epstein Becker Green is seeking an IT Support professional to provide second level user and first level infrastructure support across client sites. You will deploy new technologies, support Microsoft 365, Outlook/Exchange Online, Intune, and iManage, and work with National IT staff to maintain high service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (CS preferred) and 3+ years’ experience; ITIL certs are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum three years’ experience in related systems support and management.
• Vendor certifications preferred; ITIL certification desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Outlook/Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Intune Endpoint Management and MFA.
• Experience with iManage Document Management System and Active Directory.
• Basic experience with Zoom and Lenovo X1 Carbon laptops.
• Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, initiative, patience, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with firm personnel at all levels.
• On-site/remote attendance during normal hours; willingness to travel and lift equipment up to 45 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide second-level user support and first-level infrastructure support for client sites.
• Collaborate with National IT staff on projects and deployments.
• Maintain local office data in IT inventory systems and assist in equipment installation.
• Attend bi-monthly IT support meetings and provide after-hours support as required.
