Goldbelt Incorporated is seeking an IT Support Technician II to collaborate with the IT Manager on projects, support, build, and implement technology solutions. The role requires resolving customer issues during crises and maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Six years in IT with Tier-1 and four+ years Tier-2 IT support.
• Experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in IT Project and Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily monitoring of the ticket queue, MS Exchange, MS 365, preventative maintenance including wire management, testing, labeling, routine software upgrades, deletions, and modifications.
• Routine IT housekeeping and preventative maintenance including wire management, testing, labeling, routine software upgrades, deletions and modifications.
• Support information technology assets, executing a variety of routine technical SOPs on hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software.
• Gain exposure to the IT network and assist with special projects as needed.
• Provide remote support using TeamViewer and similar tools.
