Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Six years in IT with Tier-1 and four+ years Tier-2 support.
• Experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting 100+ users.
• Experience with Windows 10 / Office 365.
• Hybrid position – willingness to work 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily ticket queue and manage MS Exchange, MS 365; perform preventative maintenance and upgrades.
• Routine IT housekeeping including wire management, testing, labeling, and software upgrades/deletions.
• Support IT assets and execute SOPs on hardware, OS, or enterprise application software.
• Gain exposure to Goldbelt’s IT network and assist with special projects as needed.
• Provide remote support using TeamViewer and similar tools.
