Job summary

e.biT Consulting is seeking an IT Technician in a hybrid role based in Miami, FL. You will provide Level 1–2 desktop and laptop support, imaging devices, and manage incidents using ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune.

You'll work with Windows, macOS, iOS devices, and printers, travel to branch locations as needed, and assist with network and deployment tasks. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ IT technician experience.
Knowledge of Laptop/Desktop/iPhone/Peripheral setup and configuration.
Strong hardware/software troubleshooting background.
Lenovo hardware experience preferred.
A+ and/or Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and 2 desktop and laptop support for end users.
Image, configure, deploy, and repair Windows/macOS/iOS devices.
Document incidents and asset records using ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune.
Troubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and business apps.
Support Level 1 teams with procedures and knowledge sharing via Teams and OneNote.
Assist with iOS device enrollment and management through Intune.
Administer printers and print services for corporate users.
Travel to branch locations for setup and troubleshooting.
Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
Support branch openings/moves/closures with deployments.
Own small IT tasks and asset lifecycle projects.
Communicate clearly with users, management, and partners.
