Job summary

FOH is seeking an IT Specialist to support hardware, software and network systems in a hybrid Miami-based role. The candidate will install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and support the company's teams.

The position requires 2+ years in IT support, proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and VPN concepts, and the ability to work across HQ and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in IT support or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office applications.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and VPN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provides hardware, software, and network support via helpdesk.
• Troubleshoots system failures and application errors; escalates when needed.
• Onboard new team members following SOP; configures devices.
• Supports installation of hardware, software, and VoIP systems.
• Maintains or updates network infrastructure and IT assets.
