Job summary

FOH, inc. in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Specialist to support the BTI team, install and configure software infrastructure, and provide IT support across HQ and the distribution center.

This role operates on a hybrid schedule with some remote work and travel to our Miami headquarters. The candidate will have 2+ years in IT support, be proficient in Windows 10/11, Mac OS, VPN, and iOS devices, and participate in asset management, documentation, and AV setup for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in IT support or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and iOS devices.
• Experience with VPN and Wireless security.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and network support via helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot tier 1 system failures and escalate when needed.
• Onboard new team members and configure devices.
• Maintain and update IT documentation.
• Support AV setup for events and manage VoIP system.
