Job summary

FOH is seeking an IT Specialist to join the BTI team in Miami, FL. This permanent full-time hourly role involves supporting all IT requests, installing and maintaining software infrastructure, and provisioning IT support for staff across HQ, DC, and remote teams.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows and AD skills, and experience with ticketing systems. Hybrid work mix includes 2 remote days per week and on-site coordination at HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in IT support or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office applications; knowledge of Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and network support via helpdesk ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot tier 1 system failures and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and provisioning of IT equipment for staff.
• Maintain and update software licenses and documentation.
• Support VOIP, desktop telephony, and mobile devices at HQ and remote sites.
• Ensure network infrastructure maintenance and inventory tracking.
