Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our fast-paced ITS Department in Cincinnati. This role focuses on tier 1/2 helpdesk support and learning opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. We offer comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, 401(k) plan, and strong professional growth opportunities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in the field of computers is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years working IT support is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based client operating systems.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiar with the Open System Interconnection (OSI) model.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide support for a wide range of applications.
• Maintain a clean and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshooting of complicated issues on the Helpdesk.
• Provide high level customer services consistent with IT best practices.
• Assist with end user system deployments and upgrades.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop documentation for new and existing workflows.
• Assist with testing new software, service packs, and patches.
• Occasional travel may be required as needed.
