Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT help desk for corporate and club locations.
• Address technical inquiries via email, phone, chat, tickets, or in-person.
• Monitor health and availability of critical systems including POS and access control.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to users during troubleshooting.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage credentials and access.
• Coordinate with vendors for system issues and upgrades.
• Educate users on IT tools and best practices.
