Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for HQ staff and spa locations across the U.S. The role emphasizes hands-on management of core systems, devices, and security policies, with on-site work at HQ and optional remote work after training.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Mac, iPad, and Windows devices, managing MDM (Kandji/Jamf/Intune), configuring network gear, supporting Zenoti integrations, and maintaining PCI‑compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support in a multi-location environment.
• Hands-on experience with Kandji or another MDM (Jamf, Intune, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting for Mac, iPad, and Windows devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to HQ staff and spa locations nationwide; troubleshoot daily issues.
• Manage core systems, devices, permissions, and data exports.
• Support network gear and Wi-Fi across spa locations; onsite HQ support.
• Participate in spa openings, Zenoti enhancements, device refresh cycles, and security initiatives.
• Enforce MFA and PCI-related security practices; maintain secure access controls.
• Collaborate with HQ teams and occasionally travel to spas for escalated issues.
