Role Overview
The IT Support Specialist provides technical support to both HQ staff and spalocations across the U.S. You will troubleshoot daily issues, maintain core systems,manage devices, support users, and handle multi-location network and softwaresupport.
The position is primarily on-site at SEV HQ, with some remote work options aftert training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Systems Support
Zenoti
- Troubleshoot POS, appointments, membership workflows, device connectivity,and login issues.
- Support forms, integrations, data cleanup, user permissions, and exports.
Kandji (Mac/iPad MDM)
- Manage and monitor all spa and HQ Apple devices.
- Push configurations, enforce compliance, deploy required applications.
Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console)
- Administer user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
- Support email issues, shared Drive permissions, security settings, and MFA.
- Assist teams with Docs, Sheets, Meets, and cloud storage best practices.
2. Network & Infrastructure
- Support and remotely troubleshoot Ubiquiti firewalls, switches, and accesspoints across spa locations.
- Provide onsite support at HQ for Wi-Fi, hardwired devices, conference rooms,and printers.
- Work with vendors when deeper network or ISP support is needed.
3. Help Desk Support (Tier 1–2)
- Respond to daily support tickets from HQ and spas via email and phone.
- Diagnose issues with hardware, POS tablets, printers, software, SSO, andnetwork connections.
- Document troubleshooting steps, fixes, and internal SOPs.
4. Project Work
- Assist with:
- New spa openings (hardware setup, networking, device enrollments, Google accounts, Zenoti profiles)
- Zenoti enhancements and data projects
- Device refresh cycles
- Security and compliance initiatives
- Integrations involving Zenoti Google Workspace
5. Security & Compliance
- Monitor device compliance via Kandji.
- Maintain secure access controls across Zenoti, Google Workspace, and internalsystems.
- Support PCI-related best practices for spa front desks.
- Enforce MFA and identity policies across all users.
6. HQ-Based Collaboration
- Work from HQ 4–5 days per week depending on business needs.
- Provide in-person support for executives, operations, finance, and marketingteams.
- Occasionally travel to spas for store openings or escalated issues.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of IT support experience in a multi-location environment.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Zenoti or similar scheduling/POS system
- Kandji or another MDM (Jamf, Intune, etc.)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, Groups, OU structure)
- Ubiquiti networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Mac, iPad, and Windows devices.
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in med-spa, beauty, fitness, franchise, or hospitality environments.
- Familiarity with MFA, DNS, and basic networking tools.
- Experience with Zenoti reports, exports, and configuration settings.
- Understanding of PCI compliance and secure handling of customer data.

- Minimal downtime on Zenoti, Google Workspace, and spa networks.
- Reliable, compliant device management across all locations.
- Clear communication and documentation across all IT processes.
- Strong partnerships with operations, marketing, HR, and executive teams.
