Job summary

Geotab Inc. seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver efficient employee-facing IT support across Geotab offices and the remote workforce. You will resolve escalated incidents, manage user accounts, and ensure local onsite coverage.

The role requires configuring endpoints, maintaining asset records, and administering Google Workspace. Applicants should have 2–5 years of IT support experience, a post-secondary degree, and relevant certifications; hybrid work is supported with strong SLA

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years IT support or service desk experience.
• Professional certifications are highly valued.
• Strong customer-service orientation and SLA discipline.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and SaaS apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient IT support across Geotab offices and remote workers.
• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests with professional communication.
• Manage advanced user accounts and access provisioning.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy endpoint hardware/software.
• Maintain accurate asset records and perform onsite coverage as needed.
• Administer core Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Groups, calendar).
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning processes.
• Contribute to IT knowledge base and self-help guides.
• Coordinate regional incident coordination and rotate support duties.
