Job summary

BankW Staffing, a local staffing firm with offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our internal team. The role serves as the primary contact for internal IT support across a multi-office environment, supporting Microsoft 365, AD, hardware, software, and business applications.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of IT support, help desk, or a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, email, and user access.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience using a ticketing system and escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Outlook, printers, conferencing technology, 8x8 and user access issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and track laptops and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot email, account, connectivity, and application issues, headset issues and laptop issues, escalating complex issues to the MSP as needed.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures.
