The role collaborates with local IT staff, outsourced providers, and Japan-based teams to ensure secure, efficient IT operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT support or related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and AD user management.
• Associate's degree in CS or Network Admin preferred.
• IT certification or two years of equivalent IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor communications.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle of endpoints.
• Process IT invoices and track purchases.
• Maintain IT ticketing and ensure issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external IT support.
