Job summary

American Commercial Bank & Trust is seeking a Sr. Technology Specialist to support 11 Illinois locations and 175 staff. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with IT and external vendors.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with task-driven flexibility for projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Windows/Office 365, AD, network protocols, and cloud technologies, with willingness to travel to bank locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior IT help desk or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and web browsers.
• Experience with on-prem Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC and printer hardware/software; coordinate with MSSP and vendors.
• Manage Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and network communications.
• Assist with compliance/audit reporting for endpoints.
• Support new applications and cloud implementations; adapt to evolving duties.
