BankW Staffing, a local staffing firm with offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our internal team. The IT Support Specialist will be be the primary point of contact for internal support, assist with IT projects, and work in conjunction with an internal team and external service provider to support and enhance the company's technology ecosystem. This is a very client facing job that involves some local travel.

Locations

Woburn, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Bedford, NH (based out of one primary office or between these offices with consistent schedule) with occasional travel to Boston, Springfield, and Westborough

Office-based 8am-5pm, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays

Position Summary

We're seeking an IT Support Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to provide hands‑on technical support across our multi‑office environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day IT support, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, software, email, and business applications. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, organized, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues while partnering with our managed service provider (MSP) to resolve more complex infrastructure, networking, and security‑related issues. Experience with Bullhorn or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as well as staffing or recruiting industry experience, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Outlook, printers, conferencing technology, 8x8 and user access issues.

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows, and Active Directory environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, email, and user access issues.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience using a ticketing system and appropriately escalating issues when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bullhorn or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition environments.
• Experience working alongside a managed service provider (MSP).
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki networking environments.
• Basic PowerShell, scripting, or automation experience.
• Experience using AI tools and prompt writing to improve productivity, troubleshooting, documentation, or business processes.
