All Heart Home Care in Nashville, TN is seeking a dependable IT Support Specialist to assist employees across affiliated healthcare organizations. This full-time hybrid role collaborates with the IT Director to resolve technical issues, manage accounts, deploy devices, and support HIPAA-compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have strong Microsoft 365 skills, excellent communication, and the ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical users. Travel across Middle Tennessee is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Willingness to travel across Middle Tennessee.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on computers, software, phone systems, and EMR platforms.
• Document steps and elevate complex issues to the IT Director as needed.
• Create and maintain user accounts, access, and permissions.
• Configure and deploy computers, iPads, and other devices.
• Assist with MDM enrollment and administration.
• Coordinate equipment assignments and inventory.
• Perform routine system updates and software installs.
• Support technology rollouts and office setups.
• Communicate status to staff and leadership regarding requests.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security standards.
