Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Engineer to provide end-user field support in Franklin, TN and surrounding areas. This hybrid role requires residency in Franklin, TN area with travel across Tennessee for coverage.

The salary ranges from $25 to $28.50 per hour, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of technical support experience or a bachelor’s in IT, plus ITIL v3 certification and OS qualifications (MCSA/MCSE/A+/Network+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred or 2–4 years of technical support experience.
• ITIL v3 accreditation and OS qualifications (MCSA/MCSE/A+/Network+).
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, Teams and Windows OS.
• Experience with Active Directory, EntraID and mobile OS (Android/iOS).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for executives and admins with discreet, responsive service.
• Manage executive laptops, tablets, smartphones and peripherals; configure productivity tools.
• Triage and resolve escalated Help Desk issues; coordinate with Tier 3 and field services.
• Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects and executive office upgrades.
