Primary Care & Hope Clinic is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance and maintenance for clinic computer systems and networks. You will train staff on basic IT skills, install and configure devices, and ensure HIPAA-compliant operations.

The role requires supporting security measures, coordinating with an external IT vendor, and contributing to quality improvements in patient care processes. Non-exempt, full-time position based in Murfreesboro, TN.

Qualifications

• Provides IT support under supervision in a clinic setting.
• Maintains computer systems and teaches basic skills to staff.
• Ensures system security and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Represent PC&HC professionally to employees, patients, and guests.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software, network, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and wire computers, monitors, network infrastructure, printers, scanners, and phone systems.
• Coordinate with external IT vendor for hardware and software maintenance.
• Improve patient experience and health care processes via QA/QI initiatives.
