Job summary

The Center for Family Health seeks an Information Technologist to provide responsive Tier 1 support for onsite and remote users, manage devices, and assist with Microsoft 365 services. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain inventories, and help staff use secure tech effectively.

Strong communication, teamwork, and confidentiality are essential as you support onboarding, access management, and IT projects in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in IT support or related field.
• Solid understanding of hardware/software and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support for onsite and remote employees.
• Serve as primary contact for tech questions and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and printing issues.
• Own issues through resolution or escalation.
• Communicate status and next steps clearly to users.
• Configure and retire computers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Assist onboarding, role changes, and access tasks.
• Support network connectivity and security awareness training.
