Webflow is seeking an IT Support Specialist to act as the primary on-site tech presence for a hybrid workforce in our Buenos Aires office. You will handle help desk tickets, AI-assisted troubleshooting, audiovisual setup, and hands-on ownership of office technology.

In collaboration with Workplace Experience, you will provision equipment, support onboarding, maintain inventory, and escalate complex issues. This full-time role requires in-office work in Buenos Aires, with occasional travel to

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting macOS environments, peripherals, and office technology.
• Experience supporting audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, and events.
• Proficient with onboarding, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
• Able to perform in-office setup and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Full-time availability to work from the Buenos Aires office with occasional travel.

Responsabilités

• Resolve employee tickets through the help desk using AI-powered tooling.
• Document recurring issues and fixes to expand the knowledge base.
• Own audiovisual setup and operation for meetings and events.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on macOS devices and peripherals.
• Collaborate with Workplace Experience to provision equipment and support build-outs.
• Provide local support for Argentina-based employees and back up onboarding cohorts.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and escalate complex issues.
