Avoya Travel is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver exceptional technology support across a hybrid environment in San Marcos, CA. You’ll be the go-to resource for employees, resolving issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, AV systems, and Teams Rooms.

You’ll assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage hardware deployments, and support conference room tech to enable seamless in-person, hybrid, and remote meetings, while delivering strong customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience.
• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Experience supporting corporate office users and AV equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, ticketing system, remote connectivity, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications.
• Document incidents, service requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the IT service management system.
• Escalate unresolved issues according to procedures and SLAs; assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset deployment.
• Support conference room technology and Teams Rooms for in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
