Job summary

Avoya Travel is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology team in a hybrid role based in San Marcos, CA. You will be the go-to resource for end users, resolving technical challenges and supporting Microsoft 365, AD, and AV equipment across the organization.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, hardware deployments, and conference room technologies to ensure smooth in‑person, hybrid, and remote meetings. A proactive, service‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years IT help desk, support, or related experience.
• Associate degree in IT/CS or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Experience supporting users in a corporate office environment required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and endpoint management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level help desk support via phone, email, ticketing system, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software; document resolutions.
