Job summary

CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking a Plant System Support technician to provide daily IT infrastructure support for our manufacturing plants. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, virtual environments, and enterprise systems supporting end-user devices.

Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, Exchange accounts, and hardware maintenance, while documenting actions and contributing to IT process documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Technical Support, Remote Support, Desktop Support, Windows Server/Active Directory, Networking.
• Experience resolving Active Directory, Exchange, VMware Environment, LAN/WAN, hardware and software issues and troubleshooting and maintaining routers and switches in a multi-site enterprise IP network.
• Must be open to a hybrid 2nd to 3rd Shift for cross coverage to support plant operations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to communicate professionally within a team and to external stakeholders.
• Certified Technical Trainer with the ability to create process documentation and multimedia training materials for IT staff and company personnel.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and track desktop, laptop, printers and other IT equipment.
• Active Directory user account management.
• Maintain and update Active Directory users/computers/printers.
• Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows 7/8 Professional.
• Setup, change, and terminate user Exchange email accounts.
• Troubleshoot Help Desk Tickets for Users at Corporate and Plant locations.
• Document actions taken to resolve the issue.
• Perform routine maintenance and administrative tasks including printer and other hardware maintenance.
• Assist other team members in any other areas as needed.
• Create IT process documentation and training materials.
• Ensure customer requirements are met.
