Job summary

CSP in Carey, Ohio is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide daily plant IT infrastructure support, troubleshoot hardware and enterprise systems, and assist end users at the Carey plant. Qualifications

• Two+ years' experience in technical or desktop support, remote support, or similar.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, LAN/WAN, routers and switches.
• Ability to work hybrid 2nd–3rd shift and support plant operations.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and track desktop, laptop, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage AD user accounts and Exchange mailbox setup.
• Troubleshoot Help Desk tickets for corporate and plant users.
• Document actions and create training materials.
