EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company delivering collaboration and IT support to major industry leaders. We seek an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on hardware/software support on Windows and Mac, support meetings and events, and work within a distributed team reporting to the Sr.

Manager, IT & AV Services. The role covers asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and SaaS administration (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack).

Competenze

3+ years in an IT support role.
Experience with macOS and Windows in enterprise environments.
Experience with Google Workspace Administration.
Understanding and awareness of Security standards.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.

Mansioni

Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and access requests.
Support hybrid meeting environments across conference rooms and event spaces.
Manage Windows, Mac, and mobile devices; maintain equipment inventory.
Handle ticket queue to meet SLAs with strong customer service.
Manage device lifecycle from provisioning to offboarding and e-waste.
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administer core SaaS tools including Okta, Google Workspace and Slack.
Follow SOPs and document processes for all tasks.
Create and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
