Job summary

ProBleu, a woman-owned MSP serving Indiana since 2005, seeks a hybrid Help Desk/Field Tech to support small and mid-sized clients. You will manage Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, monitor networks with RMM, and own client relationships through project delivery. Travel to client sites is ~20% with after-hours work occasionally.

You will grow into larger projects, earn CompTIA A+ and Network+ on the job, and contribute to security, backups, and patching efforts in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting end users and small business networks; no certification required.
• Willing to earn CompTIA A+ and Network+ on the job; exams paid by us.
• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops, printers, and common business apps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration; learn the other when needed.
• Strong LAN fundamentals knowledge: routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, wireless.
• Willingness to learn responsible AI usage in client work; training provided.
• Able to document work clearly and track time.
• Willing to work with clients in person, on the phone, and via remote sessions.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to client sites about 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support: work an active queue and resolve tier 1–2 issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants, including users, mailboxes, drives, licensing and MFA.
• Monitor device and network health with RMM tools and catch failures early.
• Document actions for the next technician in our docs system.
• Occasionally participate in after-hours maintenance; rare but planned.
