Ideal candidates have 1+ years in IT support, with strong customer-service orientation. This hybrid Denver-based position may require local travel and collaboration across service lines for a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft technologies and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Managed Services clients.
• Respond to client requests within SLA with a 30-minute target response time.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and manage support tickets.
• Travel to local client locations as needed and collaborate across teams.
