Job summary

Greystone Technology, a New Charter Company, Denver, CO, seeks a Technical Engineer to provide responsive IT support for Managed Services clients in a hybrid role. The position emphasizes understanding client needs, question-based problem solving, and a people-first approach.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in IT help desk or desktop support, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and basic networking knowledge. Travel to local client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common end-user issues and install/configure software.
• Strong client-service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Curiosity to learn independently and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for Managed Services clients.
• Manage tickets and document client work per processes.
• Respond to requests within SLA; target 30 minutes for initial response.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Travel to local client sites as needed; hybrid Denver-based.
• Collaborate across service lines for a seamless experience.
• Build trust with end users through responsive, empathetic support.
